Particularly nice collector set retaining the original First of State portfolio, informational paperwork and two 1984 Oregon Waterfowl stamps. One included stamp is numbered 010904, matching the limited-edition print number, and the second is numbered 017677 and appears hand signed by Michael Sieve.
